(Los Olivos, California) - Refinancing has saved Michael Jackson's 2500 acre Neverland Ranch from being placed for auction on March 19. A "confidential" agreement with Fortress Investment Group, LLC, allows Michael Jackson to retain ownership of the famous property.
The singer owed $24.5 million on the property. Jackson has not lived at the property since 2005 when he was acquitted of child molestation charges.
